Matt graduated from Wagner College in Staten Island, New York where he received both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Accounting. He joined Whitten, Horton + Gibney in June 2006 as an Associate Accountant and credits the firm for giving him the platform to learn all the different aspects of the accounting field.

In May 2010 Matt reached his goal of obtaining his CPA certification but feels one of his greatest achievements to date was in 2015 when he became Partner at Whitten, Horton + Gibney. Matt looks forward to applying his knowledge and experience and providing informed and comprehensive services to his clients. He makes a personal commitment to all clients and enjoys working with them on a personal level. Matt welcomes all new clients including personal and business owners.

Matt is married to Michele and has 5 ½ year old twin boys. Matt also has two rescue dogs (Maverick and Boomer) to round out his family. He also enjoys playing golf when time allows.
