Tom graduated from Quinnipiac in 1973 and joined the firm then known as Whitten & Horton. In 1979 Tom became a partner and the firm evolved as it is presently known as Whitten, Horton and Gibney.

Tom has extensive knowledge in all phases of real estate and construction. In addition, he has many years of experience I business consulting as well as family estate planning.

Tom is married to Linda and has three children; Geoffrey a physician, Lisa, a business executive and Gregory in college.
